Embodied guidance through
times of change

Through touch, back to you

Some answers cannot be found through thought,
but in feeling.

There are times in life when things change. A breakup. A new career start.

A phase of exhaustion. Or another life transition that sets everything in motion.

Sometimes there is no clear reason.

Just a faint feeling that the old ways are no longer sufficient and something new is allowed to emerge.

SoulCare is a space that holds you while you rediscover yourself.

The SoulCare accompaniments

Every SoulCare session is based on Hawaiian Lomi Lomi bodywork – a flowing form of touch that invites you to find peace, let go, and reconnect with yourself. Complemented bymindfulness, rituals , andenergy work , a space is created where change can grow from within.

01 | ARRIVE

A space to pause, let go, and arrive.

More peace, renewed energy, and the feeling of being completely yourself again.

02 | FEEL DEEPER

More space for what wants to reveal itself.

So that a deeper connection to yourself can develop from an initial feeling.

03 | MOVE FORWARD

A guided process for sustainable change.

Over several weeks, space is created for new perspectives, inner clarity, and sustainable development.

Hi, I'm Isabel.

I love creating spaces where people can leave everyday life behind for a moment and reconnect with themselves. My path has led me through diverse cultures, bodywork traditions, and many personal experiences. From this, SoulCare emerged – a mindful form of support that combines touch, presence, and conscious awareness.

I look forward to getting to know you and giving you a space where you can simply be yourself.
