The encounter begins here.
For Soulseekers and mindful explorers
My path has led me through various cultures and traditions of bodywork. From these experiences and my own development, SoulCare has emerged over the years, a body-oriented approach that naturally combines mindfulness, energy work, and selected shamanic elements.
My work is based on Hawaiian bodywork. This is complemented by influences from Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, and my training in Core Shamanism. However, what is crucial for me is not the method, but the individual.
I love creating spaces where people can leave everyday life behind for a moment and reconnect with themselves. Because I believe that where we reconnect with our feelings, clarity and new paths often emerge.

A place to fall in love with yourself again.
SoulCare is a mindfully maintained transitional space. A space where you can slow down, let go, and reconnect with yourself.
Some people primarily need a moment to arrive. Others want to give more time and depth to what is already emerging. And sometimes life calls for a conscious realignment.
This is precisely how SoulCare came about – to accompany people in different phases of their journey with presence, touch, and mindfulness. The form of support that best suits you arises from what wants to reveal itself in that particular moment.
